New Blog Up!

Today, we’ve turned on a new blogging system for our site. Hopefully, it will be much faster than the old site. It certainly is more network efficient.

We’ve seen some small issues with it – occasional Internal Server Errors and we still have a few items to work out – like centralized logging.

This site is running on a virtual Xen server with 256MB of RAM and 2GB disk. Also, it isn’t running on the main jdpfu.com server, rather it is on an older box Athlon 1800+.

We’ll migrate over to the main box after the OS on it is upgraded.

Please leave a comment or let us know if there are any problems so we can look into them. The old site is still on port 81 if you need it, but it will not be updated further.
