Of course, there are many others. Other Stargate series, other Star Trek series and a few that are just full of so much eye candy that looking away isn’t possible – talking about Terra Nova and Dark Matter.
There are different things that make people enjoy or hate a TV series. I tried to like Lost, but felt the makers were just screwing with me the entire show.
Pretentious shows bother me. The Apple Foundation series is one of those. The Foundation books were amazing. Too bad Apple decided to roam so far from them.
