Burt Rutan (Engineer) on Climate Data
The story is a little old, but it was new to me and I figured many people here would also be interested.
The presentation is by Mr. Rutan, famous aviator and aerospace engineer. Here’s an overview. The full PPT presentation isn’t without flaws, but using longer term temperature and CO2 data, it shows how the presentation that Vice President Gore and other we’re all gonna die people has been selected for effect.
The graphs selected and simplified by Global Warming Proponents do not to provide the facts. Those facts show CO2 and temperature has been higher in history and that increased CO2 in the atmosphere is not a linear cause for temperature increases. The PPT presentation is 86 pages, so expect some graphs and Mr. Rutan’s analysis of the data.

Scientists may have undisclosed motives when writing a paper and most peer reviewers have a financial interest in the outcome too. As a fellow engineer, I like for the data to speak for itself and to be presented from multiple angles if there’s any conflict in views. This is the angle that hasn’t been presented so far.
Whenever I see a news headline that includes could, should or may, then I know that the truth is missing.
