Interviewed by My Linux Rig
A few months ago, I did an interview over at My Linux Rig. It was recently published.
For some reason my desktop image at the time didn’t make the article. Sorry folks, I probably screwed it up. It wasn’t very interesting then and isn’t very interesting now. FYI, the current open programs are:
- Firefox w/ NoScript
- Thunderbird w/ Lightning (dismissing lightning alarms broke yesterday)
- Pencil – wireframe app
- gqview – image viewer (I think it was renamed)
- Recoll – powerful local machine search
- KeePassX – password manager
- 2 xterms to other machines on the network
- 1 local xterm
- RDP session to the Media Center PC running inside a VM
That’s it. Tomorrow will be a full blown web-app development session, so the open tools will be completely different with a few more xterms.
