My Corpse Pose Rocks! 4

I started something new this week and must say that
My Corpse Pose Rocks!

I thought that was funny before, but now it is hilarious!

I just need to improve on the other 25+ poses covered. ;) I can see that taking a lifetime. Something that looks so simple can be extremely hard.

BTW, my ooooms are good, but have some room for improvement too. It is unexpected that I do feel something internally when making that sound.

    So you’re lying down on the job er workout?

    I started the same thing this year..twice.
    Once in February, when me and some old lady were the only newbies. Than I had to stop because of a twisted ankle (I got tripping on some stairs, so it was not related to yoga) and went back to the class in July.
    The thing that motivates me was seeing how bendy the old lady had become in half a year, while I was still my stiff old self.

    Yoga is just 1 part of this very manly fitness program. Still, I can see myself loving this type of workout for a very long time.

    Is it “ooooms” or “oooohms?”

    My glutes are aching today.

    Did a legs and back workout yesterday – never knew there were so many different ways to do lunges and squats.

    Today is another new-to-me workout, but tomorrow is a rest day. I’m planning a local hike to get out a little.
